Application Process:
1. Please download an application and credit authorization by clicking the 'Download Application' button above or below. Please download, fill out, and email all documents to rentalsnwt@gmail.com with "Harvest Moon Way" as the subject line.
2. Landlord will vet applications, check references, and reach out if they would like to speak with an applicant further.
3. If both parties are in agreement, at this point a non-refundable $100 application fee and $49 background check fee must be paid. A SmartMove link will then be sent to any applicant who has advanced to this stage. The applicant will provide info, and authorize a background check, and the check will be performed.
4. Landlord will reach out with the results and next steps.
