If sharing your culinary skills while here is in your plans, you will appreciate the luxury appliances, including the gas Thermador range, quiet Bosch dishwasher and Sub-Zero fridge/ freezer. The eat-in kitchen also features built-ins and a fireplace. Entertaining will be a pleasure, no matter what time of day it is. Choose from living areas on every level of this amazing home. The main floor living room features a wall of windows where you can enjoy the water views and also have access to the back deck for enjoying some quiet conversation around the patio table or while sipping your favorite beverage in the Adirondack chairs. The gas fireplaces will keep everyone warm and cozy on those chilly Cape evenings when being outside in the sun an option. The living area on the second floor offers a bright and airy feel. Watching a movie with your entire entourage will be a possibility here. On the lower level, you will find a pool table and club-style seating around the tv where any group will enjoy a favorite game or show.

The main level also includes a den/ library off the living room featuring water views, deep, comfy leather furniture and a selection of books and games, in addition to the wet bar. There is a large guest bedroom with king-sized bed, and en suite 3/4 private bath. The guest half-bath is on this level too.

The upper level is something to behold. Great water views from two of the three bedrooms plus the living area make for a bright, spacious feel throughout. To the left is the primary bedroom with a waterfront balcony, gas fireplace, and full ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and stand-up shower. The other two large bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style full bathroom, the back guest bedroom has a king bed and a waterfront balcony, and the other guest bedroom has a king bed. The gym is fully equipped and ready for anyone that has exercising while on vacation on their agenda.

The lower level offers that additional entertainment area with a selection of seating, a television, pool table, more lovely water views, access to the patio and backyard, and a final guest bedroom with 4 twin beds, and a shared full bathroom and laundry facilities.

Out the side door on the main level, you will find a private dining garden area with a propane grill that can handle the most serious grill masters, seating for 6+, and an outdoor shower. Follow the white picket fence along the water to find two kayaks provided for your use as well as a private launch at the end of the foot path there.

A resident 'beach flag' and beach gear are provided to allow for unrestricted beach access for our guests. Super convenient to Popponesset marketplace and both Falmouth and Mashpee's downtown areas. Cleaning and linens included.
