The main floor has a beautiful covered porch that allows for enjoying the sea breeze in any weather, with no mosquitos buzzing around. Also on the main floor, you will find a spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with anything you might need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. Plenty of seating around the big dining table promises lively meals and conversation.

Additionally, on the main floor, you will find a comfortable wood-paneled living room with a smart TV. The game room boasts ping-pong and more, and a queen-sized futon sleeping 2. Also on the first floor are 2 bedrooms. The first of these bedrooms has a queen bed and sleeps two, while the other has 2 full-sized beds as bunk beds, sleeping up to 4. There are also laundry facilities and a shared full bathroom on the first floor.

Upstairs you will find the main suite with a library, a king-sized bed sleeping up to 2, a full bathroom, two huge walk-in closets, and a twin trundle bed with additional sleeping for up to 2 more. You will love the sweeping views of Nantucket Sound from the second story of this home!

Outdoors enjoy the outdoor shower after a long afternoon at the beach. Grill on the side lawn, play games or walk over to the beach.
