Welcome to your home away from home. Gull Cottage is in the Seagull Beach area of West Yarmouth and promises to help you create the best summer vacation memories for years to come. Enjoy peeks of the water from this corner lot with a boat ramp to launch your kayak from at high tide just down the street on Niagara Ln.

New updates inside and out mean you will have plenty of comforts to enjoy, whether it is outside on the patio, sitting by the fire, playing in the yard, or hanging out inside on the sunporch, which is definitely everyone's favorite room in the house. You will also find a fully appointed kitchen with new stainless appliances, updated bathroom, freshly painted bedrooms that sleep 8 and a living room with sectional sofa.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed and the bunk room has two twin over double bunks. The outdoor shower will ensure you start your day on the right note if you want to wake up in the fresh air as you start your day, and it also helps keep the beach sand out of the house.
