Beautiful well maintained home with fabulous views of Nantucket Sound and a short walk from driveway to beach. Professionally landscaped grounds with bushes and trees providing great privacy. The upper level has a fully equipped kitchen, separate dinning room, living room with wood burning fireplace, all with ocean views. There are 3 good size bedrooms with large closets and some antique furniture, and 2 bathrooms (family-2 sinks & en suite master) and just 125 yards to Pleasant St. Beach!

The deck expands across the south side of the home overlooking a lovely Nantucket Sound beach and is accessible from the dinning room. There is central A/C, WiFi internet access, Cable TV, DVD and everything you need in the kitchen. Lower level has an exit out to ground level and beach with partial privacy area to keep beach items. There is a bar area (not wet) a large TV room with leather furniture, large flat screen digital TV. & Bathroom. Game room has regulation size pool table, closets, dressers, and queen size futon. There is a large walk thru laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Beyond is the ''kids'' room with a set of bunk beds, dresser, armoire, and crib.
Additional amenities include: whole house fan, central air conditioning, TVs in kitchen and master bedroom which has new (2017) king mattress & box springs. Bedroom #2 has new extra long twin beds (linens are supplied) that can be made into a king-(king linens not supplied just bedspread), Bedroom #3 has a 4 poster Queen bed with newer mattress. There is a new trundle in the lower level that pulls out to make 2 twins. Outside has shower, 2 grills; a Weber charcoal grill and a gas grill with 1 booster seat & strap on highchair in master closet and a child gates in laundry room.

Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

- Smoking, vaping, or drug use
- Parties, events, or large gatherings without approval
- Unregistered guests
- Loud music or outdoor noise after 10 PM
- Pets without approval (and never on furniture/beds)
- Open flames, candles, incense, fireworks, or sparklers
- Moving furniture without permission
- Tampering with Wi-Fi, cameras, or smart devices
- Flushing anything but toilet paper
- Hair/clothing dye, paint, markers, or slime

🗑️ Before checkout:
Bag all trash, use designated bins, and leave the home as you found it.
