The Beachside Condo

1 bedroom condo on beautiful warm water private beach in Dennis Port. Enjoy a true escape in one of the most desirable beach areas on Cape Cod. This unit has a kitchen w/ stove-top, bathroom, a pull-out loveseat in the living room and so much more including a gas fireplace, high speed internet and 185+TV channels. Right in the middle of all the action in beautiful Dennis Port, a hop, skip, and a jump away from amazing restaurants, cute shops, and fun for the whole family. Please note, this condo complex is waterfront with a private beach. This unit is does NOT have views of the water from the unit.

Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

- Smoking, vaping, or drug use
- Parties, events, or large gatherings without approval
- Unregistered guests
- Loud music or outdoor noise after 10 PM
- Pets without approval (and never on furniture/beds)
- Open flames, candles, incense, fireworks, or sparklers
- Moving furniture without permission
- Tampering with Wi-Fi, cameras, or smart devices
- Flushing anything but toilet paper
- Hair/clothing dye, paint, markers, or slime

Bag all trash, use designated bins, and leave the home as you found it.
