Welcome to Cape Escape, your perfect summer retreat! Just minutes from Seagull Beach and south of Route 28, this cozy home is in a quiet neighborhood near shops and restaurants. Enjoy a spacious backyard for games, an updated fire pit, and an outdoor shower. After the beach, fire up the BBQ and relax under the stars. For those who love to explore, bicycles are available behind the shed and free to use, perfect for morning rides or quick beach trips.

Inside, you'll find:

A newly updated, fully equipped kitchen

Three comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a full, and one with two twins

Central air conditioning to keep you cool

Washer & dryer, with all linens provided

An updated full bathroom

Magnetic phone chargers in the bedrooms for your convenience

A starter pack of K-Cups and coffee creamers to kick off your mornings

Please note that beach towels are not provided, please plan to bring your own. And please be sure sandy clothing/ towels are dry and all sand is removed before washing/ drying as the sand will clog the pump on the washer and a repair may be needed.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

The cameras are used solely for off-season security purposes.

We want every guest to enjoy their stay! To keep the home clean and comfortable, please note:

🚫 No:
- Glitter, confetti, or sequins
- Smoking, vaping, or drug use
- Parties, events, or large gatherings without approval
- Unregistered guests
- Loud music or outdoor noise after 10 PM
- Pets without approval (and never on furniture/beds)
- Open flames, candles, incense, fireworks, or sparklers
- Moving furniture without permission
- Tampering with Wi-Fi, cameras, or smart devices
- Flushing anything but toilet paper
- Hair/clothing dye, paint, markers, or slime

🗑️ Before checkout:
Bag all trash, use designated bins, and leave the home as you found it.
