You’ll be just 1/2 mile down a private lane with private beach access to Crosby Beach, the best beach in Brewster! You will stroll right behind Crosby Mansion on the way to a gorgeous Cape Cod Bay beach. At the top of Crosby Lane there is a crosswalk on Route 6A to get you to Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail.)
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Central AC, indoor porch area, outdoor table and chairs on the gravel patio area, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water, washer/dryer, cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher, cooking/serving utensils and more. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 twins, and the third bedroom is large with a king, a double futon and a full bathroom.
Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own.
