The first floor in the main building has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry room. The first two of these bedrooms each have queen beds, and the third has twin bunks and a third twin trundle, and is decorated to inspire any kid's imagination.

Upstairs in the main building are the common living areas including a huge family room and den with plush leather furniture to lounge on throughout. Also upstairs in the main house is a dining room and a fully stocked kitchen as well as a half bath. Follow the breezeway from the second story living areas past the shared deck with seating to the primary suite w/ a private balcony, full bathroom & water views.

Below the primary suite, in the second building, entered through the first floor is a huge bonus media room with plenty of seating, dining, a queen pullout, and a half bathroom. Downstairs, enjoy the finished playroom with a TV area, a queen pullout, a foosball table, games, books, and toys. This home is truly ideal for all ages.
