As you enter you will be on the main level of the home with 3 bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms and the bunk room w/3 twins) and a full bath plus the laundry room. Upstairs is the main living area, kitchen, dining room, deck with outside seating, half bath and main bedroom suite (king bed and pull out twin sleeper) with private bath, and a balcony with water view. The basement is finished and decked out for the kids with books, games and toys in addition to a large-screen tv and a queen sleep sofa. The adjacent lower lever of the building connected on the second level is a bonus room with a table for cards, games or eating, and a large screen tv, also with a queen sleep sofa. There is a fenced in back yard for corralling little ones, and a large side yard for outside games and play.
Please note that linens and bath and kitchen and beach towels are provided. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer. Pack n' Play and high chair are also included for infants. Guests are free to use the Wagon and beach things located in the shed. Please do not leave these items unattended at the beach, all items should be cleaned and returned in the shed after use.
Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.
